  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding 3 oz box
  • 6 cups all purpose flour I use Aldis
  • 1/2 cup white sugar for flattening cookies

Icing/Filling

  • 2 cups crisco not butter flavor
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 4 cups marshmallow creme topping

Instructions

Cookie Dough

  • Mix butter, crisco and brown sugar until creamy.
  • Add eggs, vanilla, pinch of salt and baking soda.
  • Add flour, cake mix and instant chocolate pudding until well blended.
  • Dough will be a bit sticky. Chill for one hour. If dough is still too sticky, chill another hour..
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Roll into balls the size of your choice, then flatten slightly with a glass dipped in white sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

Filling

  • Mix crisco, milk and powdered sugar well. Then add vanilla and 4 cups marshmallow creme topping. If too thin, add more powdered sugar. It needs to be a bit thicker because of making a sandwich cookie. Put filling between two cookies. Sink your teeth in! Oh yum!
