Icing/Filling
- 2 cups crisco not butter flavor
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 4 cups marshmallow creme topping
Cookie Dough
Mix butter, crisco and brown sugar until creamy.
Add eggs, vanilla, pinch of salt and baking soda.
Add flour, cake mix and instant chocolate pudding until well blended.
Dough will be a bit sticky. Chill for one hour. If dough is still too sticky, chill another hour..
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Roll into balls the size of your choice, then flatten slightly with a glass dipped in white sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
Filling
Mix crisco, milk and powdered sugar well. Then add vanilla and 4 cups marshmallow creme topping. If too thin, add more powdered sugar. It needs to be a bit thicker because of making a sandwich cookie. Put filling between two cookies. Sink your teeth in! Oh yum!
