  1. Let cream cheese soften to room temperature. Cream together the cream cheese and sour cream. Add brown sugar mix and maple syrup and mix well. Serve with fresh fruit as a dip.
Recipe Notes

For the non-healthy version, use 1/4 cup white sugar, and 1/4 cup brown sugar instead of the brown sugar mix.
